CANCELLATION

If by any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your move, we request that you notify us as soon as possible.

We understand that things change at the last minute, we simply ask that you respect the services we provide and the rest of our customers by contacting us when details change pertaining to your move.

We understand that moving is a stressful event and sometimes closing dates change or you aren't given the keys to your new place in time.

Currently, we do not charge: Booking fees, Rescheduling fees, or Cancellation Fees. But we ask for at least 2-3 business days notice in order to cancel or reschedule your move date.
